   Notes and icons

in "The Series" pages

In each series graphic index you'll find some thumbnails, they mean whether we can see:

  • the Front  F, the boxart and/or the box

  • the Rear  R, the rear and/or the sides of the box

  • the Contents  S, the sprue and/or the model

  • the Whole  B, a view of the box and the contents

  • the Catalogue  C, images only from catalogues and/or ads

  • Nothing  X, no images

  • the "Question mark"  ?, an "hypotetical" subject (i.e. listed on a rear of a box) that is not supported by documentary evidence (catalogues and collections)

An "E" near the thumbnail means a "foreign market" (not Italian) export box.

An "Ed." followed by a number or an abbrevation means a specific issue for that box.

The parts that form the boxes are arbitrarily called:

A, front - B, rear - C, left side
D, right side - E, upper side - F, lower side
